PLOT IN GERMANY.
JUNKER ACTIVITY. TO DISSOLVE REICHSTAG. (Sydney Sun Cable.) LONDON, November 17. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily News states that the authorities discovered a Junker plot, which was hatched at a secret'meeting on Sunday. It was planned that armed patriots from East Elbe should inarch on Berlin, forcibly dissolve Ihe Reichslag, and establish a dictatorship with a view to preventing the signature of Ihe Treaty of Locarno. The authorities have doubled Herr Stresemann's police guard, and are preparing to round up the plotters.
