The following barometer and thermometer readings, taken from 9 a.m. daily, and weather conditions, are kindly supplied Dy Mr Jas. Brcmner: Barometer. Wednesday 30.0 Thursday 30.10 Thermometer. Tuesday 63 42 Wednesday .. 66 46 Barometer 30.10, with rising tendency. Indications are for generally fair end partly overcast weather during Ihe next 48 hours, with brisk winds from a northerly direction. Yesterday was generally fair, 0.02 inches of rain falling during the nisrht. Winds- were mostly westerly. Mean temperature 52.5 degrees. ■ The Weather Bureau wires:—The indications for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day arc for moderate to strong westerly winds and veering by west to north, then freshening. Expect warm and humid conditions. Weather cloudy to overcast at times. Barometer has a falling tendency. _____
