DAIRYING INDUSTRY.
MORRINsVILLE FACTORY. The suppliers to the Morrinsville Dairy Company are pleased to find that their factory, in the matter of output so far as the season has gone, is comparing most favourably with other factories throughout the country. Reports for the Dominion show that the season’s butter production has shown a decrease of .19.6 per cent, from last season’s output, hut the Morrinsville factory’s output for a similar period shows an increase of 5 per cent. The company, finding that the factory is still too small, notwithstanding the alterations and improvements which wore made this season, propose to very much enlarge Ihe building. The work will probably he put in hand at the close of the present season.
