MENTAL DEFECTIVES.
SERIOUS SITUATION. SEGREGATION SUGGESTED. (United Press Association.) (Received 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, November 18 The Inspector-General of Mental Hospitals, in his annual report, describes the position in regard to mental defectives as serious. He recommends the Government to legislate jc cope with the position ‘ and provide for the segregation of this class.
