Rev. H. Fallowes, of Chcetham Manchester, is' in Hamilton. Mr. A. M. Samuel, M.P. for Ohinemuri, is in Hamilton. Mr. H. Welsh, business agent for the New Zealand Railways, is visiting Hamilton. Messrs J. Skeats, J. Gillett, and J. White are Auckland visitors at the Commercial Hotel, Mr R. 11. Boyd, Chief Postmaster, at Hamilton, is on hi? annual leave. During Mr Boyd’s absence, Mr D. G. P. Hamlin is acting Chief Postmaster. The Hon. R. F. Bollard left Wellington to-day to attend the funeral of the" late Mr J. Paterson, of Ngaruawahia. » The Hon. A. D. McLeod will go North m a few days- on business connected with the kauri gum • industry. Mr D. F. Wilbur, formerly American Consul in New Zealand, is on a visit here. * He is at the Hamilton Hotel. Mr and Mrs W. A. Pearson (Oliaevvai), Messrs O. Nelson (Hastings), W. H. Gibson (Feilding), and W. Marks (Auckland) are among the guests at the Hamilton Holel. Rev. A. A. Murray is leaving Palmerston North for Auckland at the nod of this month to take up the work in connection with his old congregation in che northern city.
