ORGANISATION PROGRAMME
(Sydney Sun Cable.) HONOLULU. July 12
The Institute of Pacific Relations approved a programme for permanent oganisation and named as its executive Mr Athcrton (Honolulu), Mr Furumi (Japan), Mr Wen (China), Mr Nelson (Canada), and Mr Wilbur (America). It was agreed to hold biennial conferences. A permanent secretary was authorised and an adminstralivc budget of £15,000 per annum.
