PARTIES AT VARIANCE.

The King of Egypt has issued a decree dissolving Parliament. The election of electoral delegates is fixed for January 20, and the election of deputies for February 2. The new Chamber meets on March 6. Prince Omar Toussoun, in an interview, declared he had consulted representative Zaghlulists, Liberal and Constitutional Nationalist parties, and suggested a meeting of leaders of the three parties'.in his presence to consider the question of collaboration at this juncture. The Liberals and Nationalists agreed, but the Zaghlulist representatives, after, consulting Wafd Said, saw no way in which it could collaborate with other parties.
