WISHES TO QUIT FRANCE. NOT WANTED IN UNITED STATES. (Australian tnd N.Z. Cable ~ssn.) PARIS, Nov. 27. Owing to France’s recognition of the Soviet the Grand Duke Cyril desires to depart. The American authorities at Paris refused his request to .go to the United States, whioh is tty only Great Power that has not the Soviet. The'Grand Duke Cyril recently advanced his claim to be considered heir ,to the Russian Throne, and a rallying point for those Russians who desire to have Tsardom restored in Russia.
