WAIKATO WINTER SHOW
YESTERDAY'S HAPPENINGS
VISITORS FAVOURABLY IMPRESSED
In a letter to the secretary of the Show, apologising for his inability to attend, Mr A. C. Wilmshurst, secretary to the Australasian Butter and Cheese Factories Managers and Secretaries' Association, mentions' that the conference of his association meets next week in Melbourne, but that it is a small affair compared with the dairy exhibition at the Waikato Show. He was pleased, he said, with the handsome manner in which the managers were catered for by the Waikato Show Association. A very nice tribute. Another apology for non-attendance was from Mr A. W. Wilson, general manager of the Gippsland and Northern Co-operative Company, Ltd., who mentioned the great courtesy which he received from people identified with the Show when he visited it 10 years ago.
