Press despatches stato that the discovery of an alleged Korean plot lo bomb the British and American Consulales at Seoul is resulting in considerable uneasiness in the former Korc.au capital. Semi-official confirmation has been obtained of the report. . . Speciai guards have been posted a£ the American Consulate, which will be maintained, as another unpleasantness at the present time, in view-'of tbo delicate situation over the immigra-: lion policy, is 'considered highly undesirable.
