MINER'S MAD ACTION.
BLEW UP HIS FAMILY. lrtv£ KILLED: 14 INJURED. SEQUEL TO A DISAGREEMENT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received May 31, 12.35 p.m. LONDON, May 30. The residence of George Binnie, a miner at Denny. Lonchead, was blown up by gelignite. Five were killed, and fourteen oilier occupants, who were asleep, received minor injuries. A daughter jumped from an upstairs window to safely as the house collapsed. II is alleged that Binnie caused the explosion in consequence of a domeslie disagreement.
