TWO EXHIBITS. MOTORS AND HORSE VEHICLES. In accordance with the custom established in previous years, Messrs J. Pomeroy and Co., Ltd., have their two separate stands at the Waikato Winter Show. The first to attract the attention of the visitors is the splendid array of motor cars, which is situated on the left-hand aisle of the Motor Section. Probably the most worthy of the machines exhibited is the Willys Knight, which is considered one of the aristocrats in motordom. Artistic design and sound mechanical features of the highest type have been co-oper-ated in the creation of.this ideal car. These automobiles are high powered and alive with the zest and energy of the matchless Willys Knight sleevevalve engine. The same type of motor is installed in the most expensive cars of Europe, such as the Daimler of England, ,Pugeot of France, and the Minerva of Belgium. The long sweeping lines of the touring model which is on view at the firm's stand denote elegance, every appointment is of the latest design, the upholstery bein? strong and durable, and the general appearance one to satisfy the most fastidious. After viewing the Willys Knight ears, one can easily agree with, the "manufacturer's slogan that "The day of the Knight has come." Another model is the threc-scater Roadster, fitted with a colonial body and upholstered in genuine crocodile leather. The chassis is a standard five-seatcr, tilted with wire wheels and oversize tyres, the coachwork is beautifully finished, and the comfortable, speedy appearance makes it an ideal car for a professional or commercial man. Special mention might be made of the great economy of the Willys Knight motors, which in Hamilton are averaging as much as 2G miles to the uallon.

other exhibits are the popular light Overland cars. Two models are displayed, the first a standard DP model and the second one of the Bluebird models, which is a more roomy car and finished in the well-known Overland blue. Four poinls which are outstanding in Ihe Overland products are: mileage, comfort, economy and reliahilily. Service records from all jiarls of the world show conclusively that the overland costs less than any other car lo use and keep in condition: The other ear. which is attracting much attention, is Ihe Durant, which comes here backed with a reputation, which the manufacturer has earned during Ihe 10-ng period he has been a manufacturer of cars. Visitors lo the Show should not fail lo visit this attractive stand, where their enquiries will receive courteous attention. In their second stand Messrs Pomeroy and Co., Ltd., are showing their well-known makes of farm wagons, gigs, trotting sulkies, etc. These vehicles form a comprehensive display and give farmers and others an excellent opportunity of making a close inspection of 4 these "built for service" products. The exceptionally easy terms which the manufacturers allow, bring a gig. sulky or wagon within the reach of all requiring same, as on payment of 15 per cent deposit the goods arc delivered, and two years are allowed in which to pay the balance. Some excellent photographs of coachbuilding carried out for' hospital boards and other bodies are effectively displayed, and go to complete what may be termi ed a really successful exhibit.
