LABOURITES AND LIBERALS. ARRANGEMENT REACHED. GLYDESIDERS COMPLAINING. (Australian end N.Z. Gable Ai-sn.) Received May 30. 12.30 p.m. LONDON, May 29. The Government intends to treat the motion on their unemployment policy as a vote of censure, and defeat will involve their resignation. Repeated conferences between the Liberals' and Labour Whips have resulted in an arrangement by which Mr Ramsay MacDonald will take charge of the debate instead of Mr Shaw, and make a conciliatory speech, attacking the Conservatives, and pointing out that. Labour has not had time to develop its schemes. The Government is confident of sufficient Liberal support lo win a. victory.
Meanwhile new complaints have occurred. The Clydeside Labourites are disgusted with Hie Cabinet not producing workable schemes, and may not vole unless the Government promises to expedite its policy.
