EX-SOLDIERS' PENSIONS.
COMPLAINTS OF DELAY. Bv Telegrarh.—Press Association. DUNEDIN, Thursday. At the annual meeting of Ihe Otago Patriotic Association Mr Laing, secretary of the Returned Soldiers' Association, complained about the delay occasioned in arranging the economic pensions under the pr'sont system. It was resolved that the Minister in charge of pensions be urged to exercise the power conferred by legislation to appoint local committees to assist the administrators of Ihe Pensions Act as affecting economic pensions.
