AN ARTISTIC DISPLAY.
J. BATESON AND SON. Visitors to flic Waikato Winter Show always interested in the artistic display by Messrs Bateson and Son. who have earned the title of WWk'ato's Premier Nurserymen and Florists. This year the exhibit, is particularly attractive, and is creating mucli comment amongst Show visitors.
This beautiful display includes the usual fine variety of pot plants, flowering shrubs, hedges, etc., and in view or the fact that this stock has all been reared with the greatest care, purchasers can be assured of receiving plants which arc guaranteed to he hardy and to give the utmost satisfaction. Another branch of the firm's activities is the floral department, the general artistic effect of which Ins always characterised the work supplied and is a feature which, receives strict attention. Floral bouquets, wreaths, etc., are readily obtainable at the shortest notice, designs to suit every taste are made up by the competent staff engaged, and special colourings can also be obtained if required. The general effect of the exhibit is worthy of the highest commendation. Messrs Bateson and Son send their goods all over the North Island, and ihey would be particularly happy U wel'come, old and new clients who might be visitors to the Waikato Winter Show. Agents have now been appointed at F'ranklon Junction. Te Awamuiu. Te Kuiti Morr.nsville and Matamaia. and clients can rest assured that they will receive the same attention from the. representative as has always been given in the firm's Victoria Street Branch.
