LOPJDON QUOTATIONS. BUTTER AND CHEESE STEADY. (Australian and N.Z. Oatle Assn.) LONDON, January 17. The butter market is a little easier following some weakness In Danish, but is steady at thc'lowcr level. New Zealand choicest salted is quoted at -210 s to '2l2s, unsalted 212 s to 2145. Australian is quoted at 202 s to 2045, unsalted at 200 s. Danish is 2225. Cheese is steady, as slocks are light. New Zealand white is quoted at 103 s to 104 s; coloured 104 s to 106 s.
New Zealand choicest butter was quoled at 212 s to 214 s last week, Australian being 200 s. New Zealand Cheese, while and coloured, was quoled at 104 s.
