ACCESS TO CHILDREN.
DIVORCE COURT DECISION. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, December 11. His Honour Mr Justice Duke, in the Divorce Court, refused to accept tbe contention that since the passing of the law giving wives the same divoro : rights as husbands, a guilty mother has the same right to access to her child as a guilty father to his. His Honor said the application was frankly based on the ground IhaA a mother guilty of misconduct ought not to be regarded by the Court as pn'iia facie, until lo share in Lbo bringing up of her child. In this case the 1 child was a girl of eleven, and the father's desire lo keep tho mother's bad inlluence out of her life was well foua-Jid.
