PARLIAMENT PROROGUED.
DISSOLUTION PENDING

The Cabinet unexpectedly decided to prorogue Parliament, and a dissolution will follow. Signor Mussolini considers it beneath his dignity to accept an offer of authority from an Assembly not enjoying the confidence of the nation.
