LOSS OF S.S. TREVESSA.
BOARD OF TRADE INQUIRY.
THE FINDING
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, December 7.
The Board of Trade inquiry into the loss of the Trevessa resulted in the finding that the ship sank through springing a leak, but there was no evidence to justify a positive finding with regard to the cause. The Court did not consider any individual blameworthy. The boats were properly equipped, and a line seamanship display was given by the officers' and crew. *
