At the resumed hearing of the murder charge against Iggulden. in connection with the murder of a woman in a taxi-cab, it was stated in evidence that letters were found on prisoner to hi-s father and deceased, wherein Iggulden said he was about to commit suicide and had swallowed a bottle of chlorodyne, being fed up with life, as he could not marry deceased.
