AUSTRALASIAN ASSOCIATION. RESTRICTIONS ON AMATEURS. United Press Association. MELBOURNE, Sept. 27. The Boxing Conference decided that the headquarters of the union should be temporarily, fixed at Sydney. No amateur is to compete under professional management or in an exhibition controlled by professionals' without the consent of the union.
