The Secretary of Agriculture, Hon. H. C. Wallace, reviewing the wheat situation, declared that the Government was unable to effect an increase in the price of wheat. Hence, because tho price of wheat remains low while the prices of general commodities remain high, many wheat farmers will go bankrupt.
