ELECTION OF DIRECTORS.
Following is the result of the election for two members of the board of directorate for the N.Z.C.D. Company, the votes for which were counted last night. The seats were rendered vacant by the retirement by rotation of Messrs T. C. Blackett and E. C. Banks, the latter electing not to stand again.
