the greatest sprinter. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. PRAGUE, August 13 E. W. Carr, the Australian sprinter, won the 1000 metres race at Pardubitz in 10 3-ss„ equalling the world’s record. He also won the 220 metres race in 22 2-55., beating the Bohemian record. Carr is running better than ever. German and Bohemian newspapers acclaim Paddock and Carr the world’s greatest sprinters.
