"What is the now 'K' brand like"? she enquired. "I see it's British-made. Thai's a good point." The grocer then told the customer that most baking powders are made from French, Italian, or American cream of tartar. The new 'K' Baking Powder, however, is made from the British product, which is undoubtedly of a very high .order. He strongly recommended her to try the "K," saying that many customers had remarked how good it is. When a superior article like "K" Cream of Tartar Baking Powder is on sale, it is practical patriotism to select it in preference to brands containing forcigia-made ingredients.
