The Central News Agency’s Berlin correspondent says that the Communists have presented an ultimatum to the Government that unless their demands are conceded immediately Iho bank-note printers’ employees, the waterworks, and other municipal employees will strike. Ninety-nine per cent, of Berlin industrial workers are now on strike, and the Communists are endeavouring to bring out the remainder.
