COMMUNIST ULTIMATUM.

THREAT TO BRING OUT OTHERS.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. (Received August 14, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, August 13. The Central News Agency’s Berlin correspondent says that the Communists have presented an ultimatum to the Government that unless their demands are conceded immediately Iho bank-note printers’ employees, the waterworks, and other municipal employees will strike. Ninety-nine per cent, of Berlin industrial workers are now on strike, and the Communists are endeavouring to bring out the remainder.
