'Jd'OTICE is hereby given that all the estate and interest of the abovenamed Defendant being (1) all that the estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 30 acres more or less being Allotment -13 Parish of Pukcto and County of Waikato. (2) An estate in fee simple in all that,parcel of land containing 45 acres more or less being Allotment 220 Parish of Pukcto County of Waikato and being all (lie land in Crown grant registered No. 94620. SUBJECT to (a) Deed of Mortgage registered as aforesaid under No. 273811 to the State Advances Superintendent originally securing the sum of £6OO, under which there was at the 27th day ol July, 1923, owing the sum of £5Bl 12s” lid; (b) Deed of Mortgage registered No. 312016 to the Plaintiff under which there was owing as at 3rd August, 1923, £409 18s for principal together with interest at 6 per cent per annum on £4OB 18s from the second day of August, 1923; (3) an estate of Leasehold under Deed of Lease Registered No. 21109 for a term expiring on 22nd January, 1928, at the annual rental of £5, containing forty-five acres more or less, being Allotment 221 Parish of Pukete County of Waikato SUBJECT to Deed of Mortgage Registered No. 312016, will he sold,by public .auction at the suit of the above-named Plaintiff, being the execution creditor on Tuesday, the eleventh day of September, 1923, at the hour of two o’clock in the afternoon, by T. Mandcno Jackson, at his premises, 116, Victoria Street, Hamilton, unless the Writ is sooner satisfied. The Officer executing this writ is James Miller, Sheriff of the Supreme Court, Hamilton, and the solicitors for the above-named Plaintiff are Messrs Glaister and Ennor, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Hopkins, Smith and Seymour, Smith’s Buildings, Hamilton.
