POISON TRIAL DRAMA.
On account / of public demonstrations and Lire 'scenes which have recently taken place in court between the opposing cousel, the trial, in Florence, Italy, of Captain' Mario Biselli, who is accused of having poisoned his. father-in-law and attempted to poison his mother-in-law has been postponed to the next assizes. The charge against Captain Biselli was laid by his wife and his mother-in-law. So keen is the public feeling, mainly hostile to Captain Biselli's accusers, which has been aroused by the case throughout Italy that Signora Biselli and her mother have been obliged to take refuge in a convent. At one hearing of the case an attempt was made to lynch two of the witnesses for the prosecution.
