There was no evidence of rough ■play. WELLINGTON, Tuesday. William A. Morris was driving an express along Custom House Quay yesterday when the horse took fright and hotted. After traversing a little distance it collided with a motor car. •Hie express was capsized, and Morris was thrown out, sustaining a fractured skull. The horse ha-* to be destroyed. '-, Morris was admitted to the hospital i 'At an early hour this morning his cons idition was unchanged.
