CONCESSION TO FAITHFUL. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. CONSTANTINOPLE, July 22. The Angora Minister of Religious Affairs has published a decree permitting the Faithful to wear gold teeth. The Mahommedan faith forbids the carrying of any luxurious ornaments except a silver ring, the value of which must not exceed the price of a winding 'Sheet, the prices of the two articles being practically identical in Mahommed's time.
