The following barometer and thermometer readings, taken from 9 a,m. daily, and weather conditions, are Uiudly supplied by Mr James Bremner: Thermometer: Friday 58 46 Saturday .... 62 42 Barometer. Saturday 20.5(1 Monday 29.45 Saturday was generally fair, light rain falling 1 during the night, amounting to 0.08 inches. Sunday was fair, with southerly winds. Mean temperature, 52 degrees. Barometer low at. 29.45. Indications arc for p-enerally fair weather to-day, with unsettled conditions following. Winds southerly, later from a northerly direction. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications are for south-easterly winds, strong to gaj»3, but decreasing soon. The weather appears likely to bo cloudy and unsettled. Heavy rain is to be expected. Barometer unsteady.
