OFFER NOT ACCEPTED, United Press Association. Received July 10, 10,35 a.m. SYDNEY July 10. The Irish envoys have not yet accepted the . Commonwealth terms, and leave the country on their own account. The time limit to make the choice expires next week. It is understood that the envoys, who are still in the Long Bay penitentiary, insist that the Government should regard their word as their bond, and not require them to sign any contract.
