The following barometer auu thermometer readings, taken from 9 a.m. daily, and weather conditions, ale kindly supplied by Mr .lames Bremner; Thormometer: Friday 52 25 Saturday .... 5:1 ' li Barometer. Saturday • 30.0 Monday 3°-° Saturday and Sunday were fair, with light southerly winds, the thermometer registering 10 degrees of frost. Mean temperature, in.s degrees. Barometer steady at 30.0. A falling tendency may be expected. Indications are for fair weather during the next 48 hours, probably overcast at nights. Winds light and variable, with higher temperature.
The Weather Bureau wires: The indications arc for easterly winds, moderate to strong. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, with increasing haze and cloudiness, and the night will be very cold. The baromtcr has a falling tendency.
