NO BAN ON THE IRISH.
MR BRUCE’S DECLARATION. United Press Association. Received June 26, 12.25 p.m. MELBOURNE, June 26. Mr Bruce declares that there, is no truth in the cabled statement that the Commonwealth is declining to accept Irish immigrants under the terms of the Overseas Settlement Act. He says no discrimination is being shown in collecting immigrants for Australia.
