The Rhodesian Legislative Council has decided lo reimpose duties of 2s Gd per 1001 b on foreign wheat and 2s 3d on Empire-grown, which were suspended during the war. The motion is admittedly aimed at the alieged dumping of Australian wheat, which landed at Bulawayo at 20s, as against 20s 6d for Rhodesian wheat.
