CIVIL SITTINGS. < „ citrim for £523 7s 6d, brought by William James White, builder, of Cambridge, against James and Miranda. Sarah Taylor in the Supreme Court, Hamilton, which was opened on Friday, Is still occupying the attention of His Honor Mr Justice Herdman, and a jury of 12. , Mr E. H. Northcroft, instructed by Mr Lundon, is appearing for plaintiff, and Mr V. R. Meredith, instructed by Mr Gascoigne, for defendants. A number of witnesses have been heard, and the case will probably conclude to-day.
