ODHAT in pursuance and exercise of A the powers vesited in ; it in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and its amendments, if any, and by virtue of a warrant issued under the hand of His Excellency, the Gov-ernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in terms of Section 119 of the Public Works Act, 1908, dated 12th day of April, 1921, the Waikato County Council hereby resolves as follows: — That for the purpose of providing the Waikato County Council’s share of the cost of constructing a bridge over the Mangatangi Stream, on the Mangatangi to - Miranda Road, opposite Allotments 39D and 88, Koheroa Parish, Block XVI., Opaheke Survey District, on the boundary between the Franklin and the Waikato Counties. As tile site of the said bridge is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50,404, the said Waikato County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £BSO at interest not to exceed 5 per centum per annum, and repayment of the principal by instalments, for a ' term of 364 years. ' That the above special order will be confirmed at a meeting of the Waikato County Council, at 11 a.m., at the Waikato County Council Office, Grey Street, Hamilton East, on Tuesday, July 10th, 1923.
