UPTON TO CHALLENGE AGAIN. Aust.-aliar. and N.Z. Cable Assn. LONDON, June 22. Sir Thomas Lipton states that he intends to issue a challenge for the America Cup in 1925 with a new Shamrock, but he has not yet decided anything as to the designer nor the size of the boat.
