The property, which is gently undulating, lies well to the sun, is warm winter, country 1 , and produces flrstclass crops of oats, turnips and rape, and also takes and holds English grasses well. It has all been ploughed and mostly laid down in best English grasses, and top-dressed this autumn. The whole work of cultivation has been thoroughly carried out under the personal supervision of a South Island qualilied Agricultural Expert, with the result that the land is now in perfect order, and for dairying purposes cannot be excelled in the Waikato District.

Each Block is substantially fenced and permanently watered. A further abundant supply of water can if required be obtained in any part ol' the property. The Electric Line passes each block and is available for supply of current for Light and Power. Being situated so close to Morrinsville the property combines the advantages of Town and Country, the educational facilities alone being of particular importance to prospective buyers with young families. Mangateparu Soldier 1 Settlement adjoins “Te Mimi,” and as it is Mr Stead’s intention to market the balance of his property next year, this locality should before long become one of the tpiost important Dairying Centres in the Waikato.
