WITHDRAWAL OF CONSULS Australian and N.Z. Gable Assn. HARBIN (Mftich'uria), April 27. VladivostoQk advices state that the American Consul there is leaving on May 1. He is advising all Americans to 'do likewise. The Chita Consul is also leaving. It is understood the Soviets demanded that Washington should request Moscow to extend official recognition to American officials, and Mr C. E. Hughes, Secretary of State, is replying by ordering their withdrawal.
