BY DISAPPOINTED LITIGANT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. LONDON, April 2. Arthur Ravenhill, a disappointed litigant, hurled a shower of stones at Mr Justice Romer, of the Chancery Division. Though some struck him, fortunately he was uninjured. Ravenhill lost a case a few days ago. He sat at the back of the C*ourt, and threw three handfulls before an usher reached him. The Judge committed him to prison, saying that it was contempt of such a character that 'it could riot be overlooked.
