LATE MADAME BERNHARDT
PRACTICALLY PENNILESS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. PARIS, April 26. The late Sarah Berhardt's stage costumes, dolls, furniture, objects d'art, and autographed works by Dumas, Sardou, Rostand, and others, will be sold by auction in June. It is stated that she died practically penniless. The sale of the greater part of her effects is in consequence of their seizure by judgment creditors immediately after her death.
