A BORDER SENSATION
BELGIAN SOLDIERS SHOT. BRUSSELS, September 1. A Belgian sentry and a sergeant at Obcrcasiel, on the Rhine, were shot dead last night. The guard immediately turned- out, upon which a number of men disappeared into various cafes. A dozen arrests were made. The Belgian Government informed the local authorities that unless the culprits were arrested in six hours the authorities would be placed under arrest.
