RETALIATIVE DUTIES. IMPOSED BY ROYAL DECREE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) I 'ROME, August 3i. A Royal decree lias been issued imposing additional import duties, ranging from 10 to 50 per cent on agricultural products, clothing, toys, linen, and other goods from countries which, owing to weak commercial treaties, charge higher duties on imports from Italy than from other foreign countries.
