The following barometer and thermometer readings, taken from 9 a.m. daily, and weather conditions, are kindly supplied by Mr James Bremnef: — Barometer: Saturday 30.05 Monday 30.15
Saturday and Sunday were fair, with light variable winds. This morning the thermometer registered seven degrees of frost on the grass. Mean temperature, 45.5 degrees. The barometer registers 30.15, with a rising tendency. Indications are for fair weather during the next 48 hours, with light southerly winds and cold nights. The Weather Bureau wires:—The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but easterly prevailing. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather with increasing haze and cloudiness. The barometer has a falling tendency soon. j
