The ex-Kaiser is reported to be engaged to marry I lie widow of a highborn German and herself almost of Royal rank. She is Ihe mother of three children with whom she recently visited the exile in Holland. It is expected that the marriage will be celebrated, during the next few months.
It is pointed out that this is not Ihe lady to whom the ex-Kaiser was previously reported engaged.
