Yorkshire 293 (Sutcliffe 81, Rhodes 100) and 25 for no wickets, beat Hampshire 272 and 44, Kilner taking live for 13 in the second innings and Waddinglon four for 24. Gloucester 310 for 7 wickets, innings declared closed, beat Warwick 80 and 73. Parker, in the second innings took six for 32. Sussex 191 and 109 for two, beat Northants 93 and 209. Lancashire 349 for six, Innings declared closed, drew with Essex, 219 for seven.
Middlesex 456, drew with Kent, 293 and 38 for one.
YORKSHIRE V. SUSSEX. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, August 20. Against Sussex, Yorkshire collapsed, scoring 42 on a fast, true wicket. Tate took five wickets for two, and five for 20, Roberts 5 for 20.
Sussex made 90, and Yorkshire in the second innings have 73 ou fur no wickcls.
