Poincare, in unveiling a war memorial at Triacourt (Lorraine) said: “You who suffered so much from a relentless enemy's invasion naturally cannot understand why, there should exist anywhere in the world people blind enough to advise us to allow the authors of these outrages to go unpunished, or to abandon the indemnities Germany owes our martyred families. We shall know how to insist on Germany repairing the damage done."
Sir John Bradbury and M. Mauclere have arrived at Berlin. It is popularly believed that they will again attempt to induce the Government to cease the printing of paper.money.
