The Show on the coming occasion will easily excel" in importance the great exhibitions which have been staged in the capacious Ward Street buildings in the past. Despite the fact that provision has been made by large additions to the original buildings, giving many thousands of square feet of extra space, the demands for accommodation have been so great that it has been found impossible to find room for all the trade exhibits which wish to be provided for on the coming occasion. As a result no fewer than 50 applicants for space have reluctantly had to be advised that the “full-up” mark had been reached. The great halls throughout the Association’s building will contain a display the standard of which has never previously been attained. The numerous side-shows on this occasion will be accommodated on the open space facing Anglesea Street and part of the old saleyards site. Here' adequate lighting accommodation Is" being fitted up, and the public will have ready access from the main building to the*numerous attractions which will be quartered at the point indicated. . : The Association will still retain its • popular admission charge of Is to all parts of the Show, and the attendance for the coming occasion promises to exceed the big figures of past years. A wide, open space is being provided below the dais in the main annexe of the .Show. The entertainment of the ’public is imeeiving special'alien lion, the famous Hawaiian Band having been

engaged. Dancing is to be a specialty i of the public entertainment.
