* REBEL LEADER KlLLED(Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) DELHI, October 9. Mohammed Tagi, the leader of the Ehorassan rebellion, was defeated and killed at Kuctian. The Persian Government claims to have proof that he was seditiously corresponding with Afghanistan and the Bolsheviks at Tashdont. A Cossack force sent to oppose Kuchaik Chan is now nearing Rcsht.
